The following terms apply:

	All airport pick ups include a 30 minute wait beginning from the posted landed time. Any additional waiting time can be requested at an additional cost of $30 an hour.
	Above rates are just the service rates. Your final cost will include any parking expenses incurred while greeting you at the airport terminal (usually approximately $4) and/or any tolls paid while transporting you to your destination. For sedans gratuity is optional and encouraged, for limousines a 20% gratuity is standard (industrywide).
	Hourly rates can only apply for local NYC affairs. Other trips such as airports must be paid for individually and cannot form part of the hourly rate.
